GUIDOTTI Matteo is a senior consultant/evaluator, lecturer, trainer, and coach with over 25 years of experience in the field of international development, non-profit, and the private sector.
His main technical expertise is in the areas of state/institution-building, governance, organization/process engineering, and capacity building, with core skills in evaluation and performance management, results-based management, context analysis, and change management.
Matteo holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. A graduate of the University of Neuchâtel, he has a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science. He holds a Master's in Public Management and Policy Evaluation (University of Geneva) and a Master's in Advanced Development Studies (The Graduate Institute, Geneva).
He lectures/trains in several programs and institutions. At the Graduate Institute Geneva, he is the Director of the Strategic Project Management for Development (SPMD) program, the Head of the Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices (DPP) for African English-speaking countries, the co-Director of the Mastering Fundraising Practices program, and a Research Associate with the Centre on Conflict, Development, and Peacebuilding (CCDP). He is also the founder and a senior trainer at CICR Impacts, based in Dakar, Senegal.
Matteo is a member of the Swiss Evaluation Society (SEVAL), the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), and a former member of the technical board of the Federation of Swiss Italian NGOs (FOSIT).
He is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and certified ADKAR-Prosci Change Manager.
