Evaluation, assessments & analysis





We specialize in the provision of evaluation services at policy, program and project level, as well as institutional and organizational assessments, feasibility studies and institutional analyses.

Examples of assignments undertaken include: assessment of decentralization policies, evaluation of social services delivery, assessment of single-windows mechanisms, legal impact analysis for SMIs/SMEs, evaluation of institutional and capacity building initiatives, etc.



Consulting & technical assistance





MAGI-STER provides consultancy services for the implementation of organizational and institutional reforms.

We also deliver technical assistance for the implementation of mechanisms to enhance the performance, responsiveness, and accountability of governments, public institutions, and not-profit organizations toward fund providers, citizens, authorities and other stakeholders.

Examples of solutions implemented include: process modeling and re-engineering, institutional building and organizational strengthening, time-management control systems, single-window for business registration, scorecards for organization performance analysis, monitoring systems for trainings and capacity building programs, etc.



Training & Coaching





Training and coaching services include: evaluation techniques, Result-Based Management (RBM), Project Cycle Management (PCM), Theory of change, Change management.


We provide coaching services to assist organizations to conduct internal evaluations, assessments and reviews of their projects and programs.


Our clients are national and international development organizations, governments and public institutions, and civil society organizations.
